Violet Booker - Safety Coordinator
Eager to learn and apply her career experience in risk assessment and team development, Violet came to Pacific Vineyard and in 2009 with a much different background than Agriculture. Her focus over the last 25 years had been in Executive Protection, Fire Safety, IIPP Programs and Criminal Defense Investigation.
Her understanding of rules and regulations and how they benefit both the company and employee has remained her focus at Pacific Vineyard. A priority is managing risk exposure, developing effective workplace practices, reducing and managing claims and employee compliance.
Violet is a 1989 Allan Hancock P.O.S.T. Academy graduate has additional advanced training in investigation and continues with ongoing training in safety, laws and regulations as they pertain to Agriculture and Human Resources.
Working for Pacific Vineyard is only made better by living and enjoying life on the Central Coast with her family and loved ones.
