Kyle Cosgrove - Regenerative, Organic, and Biodynamic Viticulture Consultant
Kyle Cosgrove joined Pacific Coast Farming in 2026 as a Regenerative, Organic, and Biodynamic Viticulture Consultant. Prior to this role, he managed vineyards across the Santa Rita Hills and worked with Mesa Vineyard Management and Castoro Cellars across approximately 1,500 acres of organic winegrape production.
As a licensed Pest Control Advisor (PCA), organic farm owner and operator, and regional vineyard manager, Kyle brings extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of cropping systems. His expertise is centered on regenerative, organic, biodynamic, and sustainable farming practices, with a strong focus on practical, results-driven solutions.
Kyle also previously worked with the USDA Farm Service Agency, where he administered on-farm programs throughout San Luis Obispo County and holds a degree in Horticulture and Crop Science from Cal Poly.
He is deeply committed to advancing sustainable viticulture and helping growers navigate real-world challenges with effective, forward-thinking strategies.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys staying active along the Central Coast—fishing, camping, and surfing. He also values time with family and friends, and enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling with his wife, and playing sports with his kids.
